Mernice Gerald Scott, known as "Jerry" to his friends. Born in Ottumwa, Iowa, August 4, 1932, Died March 10, 2017.

Jerry died at home in Lake Worth, Fl. at the age of 84.

Survivors include: Spouse, Glenna V. Scott; Daughter, Debbie Chuilli; Son, Dennis Radford Scott, Kathleen Hodgens, deceased; Son, Tim Hodgens Jr of Maui, Hi.

Grandchildren: Anthony Chuilli, Tim Hodgens III, Anthony Harley Hodgens, Shelby Talaroc Hodgens, Honylyn Talaroc, Christian Talaroc, and Madiline McQuarrie.

Jerry went to Kemper Military School & College. He was an Electric Plating Eng. 1962-1992. He lived in Hawaii for 13 years, then moved to Boynton Beach, Fl. where he bought The Ann Marie Motel on Federal Highway in Boynton. We owned the motel for 9 years. After selling the motel and house, we traveled around in our motor home for several years.We settled in Lake Worth, FL. on Lantana Road in the Maralago Cay Subdivision. Jerry retired to become a transporter driver taking people to airports, shopping, doctors, getting their hair done and much more.
